Electric Knoxville Sport Sunglasses – Polarized Rose Lenses
First up, we have the Electric Knoxville Sport sunglasses. These are my absolute favourite sunglasses, and it’s easy to see why. Made in Italy, these shades boast a level of craftsmanship that is hard to beat. One feature that stands out is the rubberized nose pads and temples. I never knew how important these were until I tried them. The rubberized elements ensure that the glasses do not slip and provides a comfortable fit that lasts all day long.
Another reason these sunglasses top my list is their unique lens tint. Finding rose-polarized lenses is a rarity these days, but the Electric Knoxville Sport nails it perfectly. There’s something about looking at the world through rose tinted lenses that makes everything appear more vibrant and warm. For the past three years, these have been my go-to sunglasses, and they’ve never let me down.
However, even the best products can show signs of wear over time. The rubber on the temples started to show a little wear after three years of constant use. I reached out to Electric, hoping for a discount on a new pair or worse case order a new pair at full price. Unfortunately, they let me know that they no longer make the rose polarized lenses. However to my surprise and delight, they offered to send me a brand new pair of sunglasses without hesitation. Talk about outstanding customer service! Electric has truly cemented itself as the best sunglasses company ever in my eyes.

Electric Knoxville Sport Sunglasses – Polarized Grey Lenses
Next up, we have the Electric Knoxville Sport sunglasses in Polar Grey. These sunglasses feature the exact same high-quality frames as mentioned above, complete with rubberized nose pads and temples for all-day comfort and a secure fit. The difference lies in the lenses.
The Polar Grey lenses offers great clarity with a green hue that is very easy on the eyes. The clarity is exceptional. But I am always partial to a rose lense.

Dragon Cove Matte Black – Lumalens Rose Gold Ion Sunglasses
When my Dragon Cove Matte Black – Lumalens Rose Gold Ion sunglasses arrived, I was initially disappointed. Despite the name, these lenses do not provide a rose-tinted view; instead, they offer more of a green-tinted perspective. However, once I got past the initial surprise, I found that the clarity these lenses provide is absolutely stunning.
Comfort-wise, these sunglasses fit great and are quite comfortable. However, they don’t quite match the comfort level of the Electric sunglasses due to their full hard plastic construction. Despite this, they have some fantastic features that make them worth considering.

Electric Dude Matte Tort/Bronze Polarized Sunglasses
Next up, we have the Electric Dude Matte Tort/Bronze Polarized sunglasses, and they quickly became a favourite of mine. These sunglasses are incredibly comfortable and well-built, offering exceptional clarity just like all Electric sunglasses. The lenses do a fantastic job of muting brightness without altering colours, providing a natural and soothing view.
Made in Italy, these sunglasses boast a lifetime warranty, ensuring you’re covered for life. They feature blue light blocking and melanin-infused lenses, enhancing clarity and protecting against UV rays. The lightweight bio-resin impact-resistant frames are durable and eco-friendly, designed to withstand the test of time while being gentle on the environment.

Goodr BFG It’s All in the Hips – Pink Flamingo Lenses
Next up, we have the Goodr BFG It’s All in the Hips sunglasses with Pink Flamingo lenses. I was excited to order these during my never-ending search for rose lenses, and they did not disappoint. These sunglasses provide the rosiest view I’ve encountered, making the world look vibrant and warm.
While the lens quality is good, it doesn’t quite match up to some of the other brands reviewed here. There’s a slight bit of distortion, which is understandable given the price point. Despite this, they are quite comfortable. The frames have a somewhat soft touch, and the silicone inserts at the temple and nose add to the overall comfort.
One thing to note is that these sunglasses do not hide your eyes very well. On me personally, they don’t look great, but this is just my experience, and it will most likely vary from person to person.

Goodr OG Vincent’s Absinthe Night Terrors Sunglasses – Polarized Teal Lenses
Next up, we have the Goodr OG Polarized Vincent’s Absinthe Night Terrors sunglasses. These shades feature a soft touch material that is comfortable. The sunglass arms taper in at the back, ensuring a snug fit perfect for running. However, I found that this snug fit on my temples tends to become a little uncomfortable throughout the day, as the pressure is a bit too much for my taste.
The lenses, while not offering the same clarity as Electric or Dragon, are still quite good considering the price point. They do a fine job of muting brightness without distorting color. The view is not Teal whatsoever despite the name. The mirrored reflective lenses add a stylish touch, making these sunglasses look decent on pretty much everyone. Though not particularly attention-grabbing, they are a great budget choice.

Spy Tatlow Sunglasses – Happy Rose Lenses
Next up, we have the Spy Tatlow sunglasses with Happy Rose lenses. I was very excited to get these sunglasses on my never-ending search for rose lenses, and let me start by saying these lenses deliver. Looking through them is fantastic, offering good clarity and delivering fully on the very rosy tint that I am always in search of.
The comfort on these sunglasses is also exceptional. The lightweight alloy and handmade acetate construction, along with the hypoallergenic silicone nose pads, provide a secure and comfortable fit. The lenses themselves are touted to enhance colour and contrast, improve mood and alertness while offering a distortion-free view.
However, there’s a catch. Despite their fantastic performance, these sunglasses do not look good on me or anyone else I’ve lent them to. I haven’t even been able to give them away. They make great loaners for friends who are in a pinch, but I have yet to find anyone who would want to be seen in them. While I imagine they would look good on someone, I just haven’t found that person yet.

SunGod Sierra Matte Tortoise with Rose Lenses
Next up, we have the SunGod Sierra Matte Tortoise sunglasses with rose lenses. First off, I was disappointed when I received these sunglasses as the view is not rose whatsoever. Despite this initial letdown, the lenses are of great quality with excellent clarity.
They do a fantastic job of making a blue sky bluer and enhancing colors without distorting them. These sunglasses are very comfortable and lightweight, making them an ideal choice for all-day wear. If you’re in the market for a good pair of sunglasses intended for a rounder face, the SunGod Sierra sunglasses are an excellent choice for comfort and visual enhancement.
